About us
My Working Title is a company and movement that inspires and empowers people to actively design their career-life so that they can survive and thrive. Through consulting, facilitation of programmes, media creation and tools, we seek to shift peoples’ perspectives on career development and provide practical handles for continued employability and effectiveness.
Since our launch in September 2017, our products, services, approach and frameworks have extended to more than 20 countries and our clients include LinkedIn, Unilever, Oracle, Grab, Shopee, National University of Singapore's Business School, GIC, Aviva, and Workforce Singapore Group.
The knowledge and expertise we provide are backed by behavioural science, global career development research and theories. We apply it to the current situation so it is relevant.
Through our design thinking research, we found out that many people approach careers in a dreary, boring and lonely way. Now, with the Covid-19 pandemic's impact on the job market, many people are experiencing high levels of stress regarding their careers.
In our work, we design experiences to be fun, engaging and communal as research has shown that they help open up possibilities, fuel creativity and inspire hope. Our work is also highly practical – people often leave with concrete action steps to design their careers.
